San Jose Del Monte City Water District in Bulacan posted a consistent compliance rate of 100% on the 72-hour compliance period and 100% resolution rate on all referrals from 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Center (8888 CCC) for the period January to June 2023.

In a letter, Dir. Bernadette  B. Casinabe, Head of  8888  CCC,  informed  San Jose Water  of its consistent monthly performance.

EO No. 6 s. 2016 institutionalized the  8888 Citizen’s Complaint Hotline and established the 8888 CCC to bolster  government’s effort against corruption, reduce red tape and expedite transactions in the government, and to further improve the services of the government to the people.  The resolution and compliance to the 72-hour prescribed period forms part of the requirements for government offices and agencies to receive the annual Performance Based Bonus (PBB).
